By browsing, adding deals to cart, or completing a payment, you agree to these terms.

Allure is dedicated to delivering premium Thai spa experiences with clarity, care, and professionalism. These terms help us protect both our guests and the quality of service you expect from Allure.

1. About our services

Allure Thai Spa & Wellness offers authentic massage, facial, and wellness therapies through authorised centres. Deals listed on this website are promotional offers for in-centre services (and, where stated, digital vouchers or memberships) and are subject to availability at the selected branch.

2. Eligibility

You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding purchase, that the information you provide at checkout is accurate, and that you will use purchased services lawfully and respectfully at Allure premises.

3. Orders & confirmation
  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment through our secure payment partner (Razorpay).
  • You must select a valid city and Allure branch where required, so we can prepare your visit correctly.
  • Deal descriptions, durations, and prices are shown on the product page; promotional pricing applies only while the deal is active.
  • Allure may contact you by phone, email, or WhatsApp regarding booking coordination, confirmation, or guest care.
4. Pricing, GST & offers

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are generally tax-inclusive as indicated at checkout. Coupons and flash deals are subject to their stated conditions, validity dates, and usage limits. Allure reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to withdraw or modify deals when necessary to maintain fair and sustainable operations.

5. Redemption at Allure centres
  • Purchased deals must be redeemed at the selected / eligible Allure Thai Spa & Wellness centre as per the deal terms.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment and follow house rules for hygiene, attire, and guest conduct.
  • Allure therapists and staff are trained to deliver a premium experience; guests are expected to treat staff and premises with respect.
  • Service quality remains our priority — if a specific therapist is unavailable, Allure may assign an equally capable therapist to honour your booking.
6. Health & suitability

Certain therapies may not be suitable in pregnancy, recent surgery, fever, skin infection, or other medical conditions. You are responsible for disclosing relevant health information before treatment. Allure may decline or adapt a therapy when required for guest safety — in such cases we will work with you to provide an appropriate alternative service of equivalent value where reasonably possible.

7. Cancellations, changes & value protection

Please review our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Allure’s guest-care approach focuses on delivering spa services worth the amount you paid, rather than cash refunds, so your wellness investment stays with you.

8. Intellectual property

Allure branding, logos, deal creatives, website content, and related materials are protected. You may not copy, resell, or misuse Allure content or offers without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Allure strives for excellence in every visit. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allure’s liability in connection with online deals is limited to providing services of value equal to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed appointments, third-party payment gateway downtime, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect improvements in our deals platform or spa operations. The latest version will be published on this page. Continued use of Allure Thai Spa Deals after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
